About the Role

Sri Landstar is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the complete sales cycle, from generating and nurturing leads to conducting site visits and successfully closing deals for villas, apartments, and plots.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end sales for villas and apartments,Plots, from lead generation to closure.
  • Meet prospective clients, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable properties.
  • Conduct site visits and coordinate with the site visit team.
  • Follow up with leads and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Negotiate pricing, payment plans, and finalize deals in line with company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, site visits, and sales in CRM systems.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Coordinate with marketing and project teams for promotions, offers, and inventory updates.

Requirements

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in real estate sales, specifically in villa and apartment projects.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and follow up consistently.
  • Willingness to work on-site and attend client meetings.
